Crimson Dawn is hosting a charity fundraiser for Jarreth Darksky, the dedicated and venerable operator of Nova Network. Nova Network has long been a galactic broadcaster that brings entertainment, news, and a sense of galactic community to the galaxy at large. Nova Network touches ears on all sides of the galactic conflict with its neutral stance. Crimson Dawn has long been a supporter of the station and its founder, Jarreth Darksky.
Early last week, while traveling in his YT-2000 freighter; Jarreth was ambushed, for reasons still not clearly understood by members of the Rebel Alliance, who caused catastrophic damage causing Jarreth nearly a billion credits in loss and damages.
A charity raffle is being hosted by Crimson Dawn, all who donate will get an entry to win a Colossal being built with an amazing paintjob, the ship is appropriately named “The Giveaway” and is expected to be complete in 2 weeks time..
High Priest and leader of Crimson Dawn, Xanxus Drol, had this to say “While we wish to protect the fragile diplomatic relationship we have built with the Rebel Alliance in terms of peaceful relations over the last year or two, we are really shocked and appalled that they did this to him specifically. There are few people in the galaxy who do as much for the community on a neutral galactic level, and the situation is unacceptable. They would never blow up Togan Jano’s ship, or Dac Kain’s. Jarreth is a truly reputable honest soul who does not deserve such treatment, if not in itself but especially because of what he does for the community at large!”
Xanxus paused before continuing ”I want to be clear, while the immediate instinct is to protest and fight this injustice, we are not acting today as Crimson Dawn the government, but as Crimson Dawn the universal church that we are at our core. We are asking for donations of any amount, any kind, anything almost…. To help Jarreth recover some of what he lost. If you send such donations to Crimson Dawn, you will be entered into a drawing for a free Colossal that we are almost done building in Glom Tho, in fact it should be complete before the raffle drawing date!”
Crimson Dawn made the first donation of 100,000,000 credits to the pot, and asks that funds or other assets be sent to Crimson Dawn with indication they are for Jarreth. The Raffle will be drawn on Day 160 of this year, 26.
