 Lis, Kuat - Dark colored draperies and decorations adorn the infrastructure of the Church of Reansucru's Cathedral of Cognatus today as followers gather outside the Church's largest place of worship. The large congregation assembled to mourn on the passing of Lilith Kaine one standard year ago today.
It was reported that today's service was attended my many of the Progenitor Family; including Archduke and Archduchess Gabriel Kaine, Duchess Reina Kaine-Vandron, High Inquisitor Count Cab Bac, and High Priestess Duchess Sami Freemason. It was further reported that Countess Lilith Delcroix was not in attendance though reports have revealed that she chose to spend this day in private reflection. However, the Countess will be the honored guest at the Feast of Incipaetas.
Concluding the service today, the Church revealed and christened the Tomb de Lilith Kaine. One year after her untimely death, the remains of Lilith Kaine found their permanent home within the Cathedral of Cognatus where the tomb was placed in the position of honor between the tombs of her deceased family members: Saige Kippenbrock-Kaine and Herbert "Incubus" Kaine. The Church released the following statement regarding their Day of Sorrow, "Today we would like for everyone to reflect on the precious nature of life and be aware that, despite the uncertainties of the future, ultimate power and fulfillment of life is within the realm of the Force. And it is through our connection to the Force and the direction of its Will that we find the unlimited opportunity and a higher state of existence. Many Blessings to you and yours, and may the power of the Force flow through you and connect your soul to its destiny within its Will."

Known as the Day of Sorrow, today marks the period of twenty-one days of fasting and reflection known as Doleofluo, or Lost Suffering. Doleofluo commemorates the passing of Lilith Kaine and her time spent in the realm of the dead while her soul was prepared for reanimation to the living realm through the ceremony, that shares its name with the church, Reansucru. At the conclusion of Doleofluo, the Church will celebrate the Feast of Incipaetas, or the Feast of Life-Again.
Today's service, conducted by High Priestess Sami Freemason, focus was on the fragile nature of the physical life, but it infinite possibility through the Force, "The beautiful essence of life is its unlimited possibility that is granted to it by the Force. Despite its short comings and physical limitations, the soul is capable of great acts of love and beauty that mere words cannot express or detail," commented the High Priestess during the opening remarks.
